Bylaw Enforcement in Whispering Hills

The Summer Village of Whispering Hills has a number of bylaws in place to help keep our community safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone—from rules around noise and animal control to proper waste disposal and lake use.

However, unlike larger municipalities, we do not have a dedicated bylaw enforcement officer. Instead, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for managing bylaw concerns and compliance in the community.

How It Works:

If you have a bylaw-related concern or wish to report an issue, please contact the CAO directly.
The CAO will assess the situation and may follow up with education, written notice, or other steps as needed to resolve the matter.
Most issues in Whispering Hills are resolved informally and respectfully, in the spirit of being good neighbors.

Let’s Keep It Friendly

We believe in community-based enforcement—where mutual respect, communication, and common sense go a long way. By familiarizing yourself with local bylaws and considering how your actions may affect others, you help maintain the peaceful, cooperative environment that makes Whispering Hills such a great place to live.
