TAX NOTICES
Combined Tax Notices and Assessments are mailed out in May of each year. Taxes are due and payable by July 31 of each year. Late taxes will be assessed penalties as follows; August 1 of each year - 18 % on current years taxes, Jan 1 of each year - 18% on entire amount owing.

If you did not receive your tax notice, you need to contact administration. You are still responsible for paying you taxes on time. Not receiving your tax notice is not an acceptable reason to avoid penalties.
Taxes can be paid in the following ways:
- Dropped off or mailed to Summer Village of Whispering Hills, 64 Newcastle Road, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 6K8
- E-transfer to [email protected]
- Online Banking
Taxes can be paid monthly, but only if you are pre-paying for next year. Current taxes must be paid in full by July 31 to avoid penalties.
